Lyda Fourlis, Director of Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility at FOURLIS Group, was named Corporate Social Responsibility Manager of the Year as part of the Manager of the Year 2023 awards, held on Wednesday, December 13 at the Athens Concert Hall.

The Manager of the Year awards aim to recognize professionals who possess the skills and charisma to inspire, motivate, encourage, and deliver results with a human-centered approach—serving as role models for the next generation of leaders.

Ms. Fourlis has led the Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility department at the FOURLIS Group since 2008. She has played an active and vital role in shaping and implementing the Group’s Sustainability and CSR strategy, raising employee awareness and engagement with sustainability, and embedding Sustainable Development as an integral part of the Group’s corporate culture, philosophy, and vision for a better, more sustainable present and future.

FOURLIS Group’s Sustainable Development and CSR initiatives focus on three key pillars: People, Society, and the Environment. Their goal is to support, develop, and promote the well-being of the Group’s employees, contribute to the community—particularly vulnerable social groups and children—and help mitigate and address the climate crisis.
