Following the announcement dated February 26th 2024 regarding the replacement of the Internal Auditor, FOURLIS HOLDINGS SA hereby clarifies that Mrs. Chrysanthi Triantafyllou, who has been appointed by virtue of the Board of Directors resolution dated February 5, 2024 as the new internal auditor, replacing Mr. Christos Theodoridis, who resigned on January 19, 2024, is to take up her duties on June 1, 2024. 
Mrs. Aphroditi Tsemeli has been appointed as internal auditor for the interim period, pursuant to the above mentioned resolution of the Board of Directors as of February 5, 2024.
