Athens – June 5, 2025 – Fourlis group is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Mr. John Vasilakos for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Mr. Vasilakos, a distinguished professional in the retail sector, has had a highly successful career spanning over 20 years, having held key executive positions in leading companies within the industry. From 2010 to 2025, he was a core executive at Kotsovolos, where he assumed the role of Vice Chairman and CEO in 2018. Prior to joining Kotsovolos, he served as Retail Director and Commercial Director at Multirama and began his career as Marketing Manager at Pouliadis & Associates. He later joined Informer Group as Business Unit Manager for the Hospitality Solutions Division. He is a graduate of Ashridge Business School in the United Kingdom and The American College of Greece.

Mr. Vasilakos will officially assume his new role as CEO on July 1, 2025.

The management and employees of Fourlis group extend their sincere thanks to the outgoing CEO, Mr. Dimitris Valachis, for his significant contribution to the group and wish him every success in his future endeavors. Mr. Valachis will continue to oversee key projects until their completion.
