In addition, it designs the sustainability strategy (commitments, objectives, actions and programs) in collaboration with representatives of its subsidiaries.
Through its responsible operation, programs and actions, the group also contributes to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Management is committed to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Strategy and Policy, at all levels, companies and sectors of the group's activity.
In this context, Fourlis group integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across its operations to promote long-term, responsible growth.

In the Social responsibility front, the group supports its workforce by fostering an inclusive, innovative, and safe environment, respecting human rights, and promoting equal opportunities. It also strengthens local communities through initiatives in education, health, and social cohesion, while ensuring consumer safety and data protection.
