Dimitris Valachis
Chief Execitive Officer

Dimitris Valachis is a distinguished business leader renowned for his entrepreneurial acumen and strategic foresight. With a dynamic career spanning over three decades, Dimitris has consistently delivered exceptional results and shareholder value. 

Graduating as a Chemical Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens, he embarked on his professional journey in 1987 at Henkel Ecolab, where he enhanced his leadership skills over 15 years in various managerial roles. 

Transitioning to Frigoglass in 2002, Dimitris demonstrated his skills as Regional Operations Director and later as Cool Operations Director, overseeing expansive operations across Europe, Asia, and Africa. Notably, he orchestrated the company's successful entry into the Chinese market, establishing local product lines and manufacturing facilities.
From 2008 to February 2019, Dimitris served as CEO of Andromeda Group, steering it to become the fastest-growing conglomerate in Mediterranean aquaculture. Under his visionary leadership, Andromeda expanded its footprint into Spain and executed strategic acquisitions of major industry players in Greece, such as Nireas and Selonda. He navigated the complex regulatory landscape, leading the approval process of acquisitions by the European Competition Commission and ensuring seamless integration of the acquired entities.

Since 2023 he is a member of the Board of “FOURLIS HOLDINGS S.A.”, “HOUSEMARKET S..A”, “SPORTSWEAR MARKET S.A.”, “TRADE LOGISTICS”, “WELLNESS MARKET” and a member of the Board of the company Endless EC.

As the CEO of Fourlis Group, Dimitris continues to redefine industry standards and shape the trajectory of the business landscape with his strategic acumen and expertise.

Panagiotis Katiforis
Managing Director HOUSEMARKET

Since 2011, Panagiotis Katiforis has held the position of Managing Director at House Market (IKEA), a subsidiary of FOURLIS HOLDINGS S.A., which operates IKEA stores in Greece, Cyprus, and Bulgaria. From 2011 to today, he has also been a member of the Board of Directors of HOUSE MARKET (IKEA) and Trade Logistics, contributing to the growth and success of the companies.

Before this role, he served as General Manager at SARA LEE Hellas from 2007 to 2011, where he developed strategies that led to significant increases in sales and profitability.

From 2000 to 2007, he was an executive at Kimberly Clark, responsible for Europe and Greece, successfully managing multinational teams and developing innovative solutions to strengthen the market. His career began at Beiersdorf Hellas in 1994, where he held various managerial positions until 2000, playing a key role in the company’s growth. Prior to that, he worked in the family business from 1985 to 1993, gaining valuable experience in the production and trade of handmade silverware.

Panagiotis Katiforis holds a degree in Marketing Management from the American College of Greece (Deree College) and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from Strathclyde Business School in Glasgow, Scotland.

Evangelos Batris
Managing Director of SPORTSWEAR MARKET

Member of the Executive Committee

Evangelos Batris has been the Managing Director of SPORTWEAR MARKET S.A. (previously INTERSPORT S.A.) since 2020.

Since 2020, he has also been a member of the Board of Directors of  SPORTSWEAR MARKET S.A. in Greece and Intersport Cyprus Ltd in Cyprus. At the same time, he serves as the legal representative of Genco Trade Srl in Romania and Genco Bulgaria Ltd in Bulgaria.

From 2010 to 2019, he held senior management positions at Nike, overseeing operations for Eastern Europe and the Middle East from the EMEA headquarters in the Netherlands, as well as commercial roles in the Greece office. Between 2002 and 2010, he worked at Coca-Cola Hellenic in various managerial positions, while from 1999 to 2002, he served as a Private Banking Account Officer at Allianz.

He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Patras and an MSc in Business Administration from Cardiff Business School, UK.

Anestis Partalidis
CEO of TRADE LOGISTICS

Member of the Executive Committee.

Anestis Partalidis is the CEO of TRADE LOGISTICS and a member of the Executive Committee of Fourlis group. Since 2000, he has led the development and operation of Trade Logistics’ facilities in Schimatari, which supply IKEA and INTERSPORT stores across five countries. Equipped with advanced automated systems and a neutral energy footprint, these facilities have received international recognition for excellence in supply chain management.

Previously, he worked as Logistics Director at Kotsovolos and at Gr. Sarantis S.A., where he played a key role in establishing the company’s distribution center in Oinofyta. In 2015, he was named “Professional of the Year” by the European Logistics Association and received an award from the Hellenic Institute of Logistics Management.

He has served on committees and working groups of the Ministry of Development, the General Secretariat for Research & Technology, and the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV).

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and speaks English and Turkish.

Sophia Spiliotopoulou
Head of Business Unit at Wellness Market

Sophia Spiliotopoulou is currently the Head of the Business Unit at Wellness Market (Holland & Barrett), where she successfully leads development and innovation.

From May 2019 to June 2022, she was President of the Europe Region at KORRES S.A., responsible for the markets of DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), France, the United Kingdom, Greece, and Exports, contributing to sales growth and profitability. Previously, from May 2012 to April 2019, as Commercial Director at KORRES S.A., she led the Sales, Exports, Marketing, and Business Development divisions, strengthening the company's international presence.

From 2003 to 2012, she held managerial positions at PEPSICO in the areas of Marketing, Revenue, and Regional Management, contributing to the strategic growth of brands. Earlier, at UNILEVER (1993-2003), she held senior positions in Marketing and Trade Marketing, gaining significant experience in product and team management.

Sophia Spiliotopoulou holds an MBA in Engineering Management with a specialization in Marketing from City University London and a degree in Chemical Engineering (MEng) with a specialization in petroleum technology from the University of Patras.

Lyda Fourlis
Director of Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility

Lyda Fourlis, an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainable development, social responsibility, and human resources management. She currently serves as an Advisor and Executive Member of the Board of Directors at FOURLIS HOLDINGS S.A., a position she has held since 2008. Additionally, she is the Director and Executive Member of the Board of Directors at SPORTSWEAR MARKET S.A., Chairman of the Board of Directors at TRADE STATUS S.A. (DP… am stores) since 2006, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at WELLNESS MARKET S.A. since 2023. Lyda also leads the Fourlis Group’s Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility initiatives.

Lyda’s career began in the Marketing Department of FOURLI BROS S.A. from 1989 to 1997, followed by a decade as the Director of Human Resources at Fourlis group. Her extensive experience in both marketing and human resources has equipped her with a unique perspective on sustainable business practices.

Lyda holds a BA with Honours in Economics from the American College of Greece - Deree College, and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College, USA. Her educational background, combined with her professional experience, underscores her commitment to fostering sustainable development and social responsibility within the business sector. Lyda Fourlis is a visionary leader dedicated to creating a positive impact on society and the environment.

Charis Thomopoulos
Director of Human Resources

Charis Thomopoulos is the Human Resources Director of Fourlis group and a member of the Executive Committee since January 2025. Charis is a professional with deep market knowledge and exceptional skills in human resources management. He stands out for his ability to design, develop, and manage systems and programs in local, international, and multinational environments. He has worked in large and medium-sized organizations with both flexible and matrix structures and has participated in project teams for mergers, restructurings, and transformations.

Since 2022, Charis has held the position of HR Director at COSMOTE Technical Services S.A., where he plays a strategic role in implementing restructurings and transformations. In 2023, the group received a silver award in the category "Best Team Building Program" at the HR Awards. Prior to this role, from 2012 to 2021, he served as HR Senior Manager - Technology Run & Operations Business Partner at OTE & DT Group, where he played a key role in the company’s reorganization and efficiency management. In 2018, the group won a silver award in the "Best Talent Management Strategy & Initiative" category at the HR Awards.

Before joining OTE Group, Charis worked at COSMOTE Group in various positions, including HR Senior Manager - Group Training & Development Systems (2010-2012), HR Training Manager (2008-2010), and HR Development Systems Supervisor (2007-2008). These roles allowed him to develop and implement training and development systems at both local and international levels.

Prior to his tenure at COSMOTE Group, he worked as an HR Generalist at Praktiker Hellas S.A. (2005-2007), HR Manager at Carrefour Hellas S.A. (2004-2005), and HR Specialist at EVGA S.A. (2001-2004), gaining valuable experience in organizations with different structures.

During his studies, Charis worked in various positions, including Administration Officer at the International Baccalaureate Organisation (Cardiff, UK), hotel employee at Ledra Marriott Hotel, printing house employee at Tr. Georgallides Co, and Assistant Supervisor of Production at Sandy Cosmetics Co.

Charis Thomopoulos holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Cardiff University Business School. He also earned a degree in Political Science, International, and European Studies from the University of Athens, and his first degree is in Tourism Management from the University of Patras.

Tessy Latsou
Chief Finance Director

Executive Committee Member.

Tessy Latsou is the Chief Finance Officer of Fourlis group and a member of the Executive Committee. She is responsible for Financial Management, the implementation and adherence to Accounting Principles, the preparation, Consolidation, and Publication of Financial Statements, Controlling, and Financial Planning.

From April 2019 to October 2023, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Gr. Sarantis S.A. (parent company of Sarantis Group), where she was responsible for Financial Management, Consolidation, and Publication of Financial Statements, and Financial Planning. She also led the development and execution of projects related to digital transformation and planning systems. From October 2005 to March 2019, she worked as Group Financial Controller at Sarantis Group in Athens.

Her professional background also includes key positions such as Chief Financial Officer at FAMAR S.A. and FAMAR Holdings, Reporting & Controlling Manager at Imperial Tobacco S.A., Reporting Manager at Roche Hellas S.A., and Financial Analyst at Russel Hellas S.A.

She is a founding member of The Boardroom in Athens, an organization dedicated to the empowerment and skill development of women executives through management training programs, leadership development initiatives, and strategic networking. She is also a member of the Hellenic Association of Treasurers (HAT) and the Economic Chamber of Greece.

Tessy Latsou holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards, certified by the Association of International Accountants (AIA), from Epsilon Net S.A. She is also a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business, Department of Economics.

Maria Theodoulidou
Procurement & Corporate Governance Director, Company Secretary

Member of the Executive Committee.

Since May 2024, Maria Theodoulidou has held the position of Group Procurement & Corporate Governance Director at Fourlis group while also serving as Company Secretary and a member of the Executive Committee.

Her experience with Fourlis group began in 2000 when she assumed the role of Director of Internal Audit. She then served as Financial Director of Planning, Control, and Corporate Governance from 2009 to May 2024.

Before joining Fourlis group, she worked at KPMG from 1995 to 2000, holding various positions, including Director in the Advisory Department, Principal Consultant, and Senior Consultant. She also worked as Project Director at 01 PLIROFORIKI from 1993 to 1994.

Her professional expertise includes financial management, auditing, taxation, corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, project management, and business process reengineering.

She is a non-executive member of the Audit Committee of TRADE ESTATES REIC and a member of the Boards of Directors of SPORTSWEAR MARKET S.A. (previously INTERSPORT ATHLETICS S.A.), HOUSEMARKET (CYPRUS) LTD, TRADE ESTATES CYPRUS LTD, and H.M. ESTATES CYPRUS LTD. She is also an independent member of the Audit Committee of the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator and participates in the Corporate Governance Committees of the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce and the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), as well as the SEV Tax Committee.

Maria Theodoulidou holds an M.Sc. in Operations Management from the University of Manchester and a Diploma in Production and Management Engineering from the Technical University of Crete. Additionally, she has professional certifications in Information Systems Audit (CISA), Internal Audit (CCSA and CIA), Environmental Audit, and Quality Management Systems Audit (ISO 9000 Internal Auditor).

She is a member of the Non-Executive Director’s Club in Greece, the Public Register of Internal Auditors of Greece, the Technical Chamber of Greece, the Panhellenic Association of Production and Management Engineers, and the Youth Professional Solidarity Initiative Act-tlo.

Elena Pappa
Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs Director

Elena Pappa is the Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Fourlis group. She develops communication strategies and messaging that align with the group’s corporate vision and business objectives, contributing to the creation of added corporate value.

From February 2020 to July 2023, she served as Director of Investor Relations, Communications, and Sustainability at Sarantis Group in Athens, where she played a key role in shaping and executing the Group's investor relations and communication strategy. She also led   the development of the Group’s sustainable growth strategy, action plan and ESG reporting. Prior to this, from June 2006 to February 2020, she held the position of Director of Investor Relations at Sarantis Group.

Her professional career includes key roles such as Markets Officer at ABN AMRO BANK N.V. in London, Front Office Market Risk Analyst at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London, and Trainee in the Credit Quantification Team at Lehman Brothers in London. 

Elena is a founding member of “The Boardroom” in Athens, an organization dedicated to empowering and developing the skills of women executives. 

Academically, she holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards from the Association of International Accountants (AIA), an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business, an M.Sc. in Mathematical Trading and Finance from Cass Business School (Bayes Business School), and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Athens.

Chrysanthi Triantafyllou
Internal Audit Director Fourlis group

Chrysanthi Triantafyllou is a highly experienced professional with a distinguished career in internal auditing. Since June 2024, she has held the position of Group Internal Audit Director at Fourlis group. She is responsible for drafting and executing the Internal Audit Plan based on risk assessment, evaluating the effectiveness of control mechanisms, preparing reports, and submitting improvement proposals to the Audit Committee.

Her experience with Fourlis group began in 2006 when she assumed the role of Group Senior Internal Auditor at FOURLIS HOLDINGS S.A.. She was responsible for planning, designing, organizing, and conducting internal audits for the companies within Fourlis group, including INTERSPORT and IKEA in Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, and Turkey, until 2021. From August 2021 to May 2024, she served as Chief Internal Auditor at TRADE ESTATES REIC, where she had similar responsibilities.

From October 2005 to February 2006, she worked as an Internal Audit Consultant at OPUS S.A. Management and IT Consultants, where she developed internal audit procedures and integrated them into the operations of client businesses. From August 2002 to July 2005, she was an Internal Audit Officer at Public Properties Company S.A., where she developed internal audit procedures and drafted internal audit regulations.

She began her career as a Trainee Chartered Accountant at Grant Thornton S.A. and SOL S.A., where she was involved in auditing the financial and accounting statements of corporations and conducting financial audits.

Chrysanthi Triantafyllou is a graduate of the Department of Economics at the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki and holds professional titles and certifications, such as Certified Internal Controls Auditor from the International Institute for Internal Controls and certifications from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit, and Costing.

Alexandros Stergiou
IT Director

Alexandros Stergiou has been Fourlis group IT Director since 2025. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the IT digital transformation across the group to enhance customer experience through technology and innovation.

Before joining Fourlis group, Alexandros Stergiou served as the IT Director at Fysiko Aerio Ellados from 2019 until February 2025. During his tenure, he spearheaded the development of innovative projects, such as an AI-based service for home energy monitoring and led the company’s digital transformation by leveraging cloud services and implementing strategic IT initiatives to deliver new innovative functionalities to end customers.

Since 2008, Alexandros served as Head of IT Development and later as IT Director at Cyta Hellas. At Cyta, he led the company’s technological transformation as per its business plan and orchestrated its successful entry into the mobile telecommunications market (postpaid and prepaid), overseeing complex IT projects and designing technological innovations.

Alexandros began his career in 2000 at Intracom Holdings, where he spent 8 years honing his IT skills in various roles, contributing to his professional growth in the field.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation, and Technology from Athens Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics for Informatics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Vasilis Kouktzoglou
Chief Information Security Officer

Member of the Executive Committee.

Since February 2025, Vasilis has been the Group Chief Information Security Officer at Fourlis group and is a member of the Executive Committee. He leads the development and implementation of the group's Information Security Strategy, ensures compliance with international standards, and oversees information and cyber security across all subsidiaries. 

From 2021 to February 2025, he held the position of Head of Information Security and Data Protection at Vodafone, where he developed and implemented the company’s Information Security and Data Protection Strategy & Policies. He led initiatives and projects in alignment with global regulations and standards, ensuring the highest level of compliance and security. 

In 2018 he joined Ernst & Young (EY) as a Senior Consultant in Cyber Security, Data Protection, and Privacy. He provided consulting services that enabled clients to identify, manage, and mitigate their information security and IT business process-related risks. 

Vasiilis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and a Master's Degree in Information Systems from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Throughout his career, he has received a plethora of honors and awards, in recognition of his outstanding academic performance and dedication.

He has also published numerous articles in leading academic journals, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in threat likelihood estimation and risk analysis methodologies for critical infrastructures. He holds several prestigious certifications, including CISSP, CISM, CCISO, reflecting his commitment to excellence in information security.
