In this context, FOURLIS Group invited female employees to participate in a contest on the occasion of the celebration of International Women's Day (March 8, 2024), by leaving a creative photo with their team members in a relevant post on an internal communication tool.
The participants with the best and most creative photos were given wellness gifts from Holland & Barrett.
In addition, FOURLIS Group continues the MENTORING program for female employees. It is a journey of sharing experiences, guidance and support aimed at helping women with an appetite for development feel confident, bring out their talents and achieve their professional and personal goals.
In 2024, the program will be implemented for 25 female employees in Group companies.
